Expansive retrofit of the region's largest Wastewater Treatment Facility. Project included the re-construction of (4) digesters with heat exchangers, gas compressors and intertie to the facility's new Cogen Facility. Project included the refurbishment of digested gas valves, piping and controls to (8) existing digesters and the construction of a new Gas Flare unit.
Project included the construction of new DAFT units, thickened sludge trasfer pump station and solids screenings/handling facilities including polymer injection and odor control equipment. (2) new electrical buildings with MCC's, UPS, DCS Control Panels and Fire Suppression systems. CJF also furnished and installed Medium Voltage Switchgear, padmount trasformers and Low Voltage Switchgear to support new Electrical Buildings. Project included over 1200 instruments and (3) remote DCS Controllers with redundant hardware and completed fiber loop infrastructure to all new facilities included in project scope.
